- LATE WORK: You may complete and submit any late work. These two days will NOT count towards late days (but all previous days will at the standard 5% per day).
- REVISIONS: You may go back and revise a previously graded project and those revisions will be used to improve your grade. Please email me in advance to let me know what project you want to revise so I can let you know what to fix.

ADJUSTED DUE DATE NOW FRIDAY JUNE 5| Complete your Major Independent artwork and submit according to the guidelines provided on the Critical Information page. Make sure your file is named appropriately. You do NOT have to do the Lesson Plan Template mentioned in the lesson plan PDF. Once your sketch is approved you go straight into production.

STEP 1: DUE MONDAY MAY 18|Carefully and thoroughly read the entire lesson plan provided below. Look over the list of potential ideas below. it is a short list that only scratches the surface of what you can do, Remember, you can choose anything as long as it meets the stipulations in the lesson plan. Please do not waste my time asking to do a project that doesn't meet those guidelines.

STEP 3: DUE THURSDAY MAY 21|Create a detailed thumbnail sketch (including notes regarding color, fonts, effects, etc.) of your approved idea. Take a photo of it and name the file Major Independent Thumbnail_LastnameF. Send me an email with your thumbnail attached and include any additional notes I need to approve you to move onto production.

Step 2 is also due Monday, May 4 so make sure you read the next step.

Make sure all elements are labeled (colors, fonts, etc.). Please remember that a mock-up is a pencil drawing to the best of your ability.

It takes me a very long time to get though my daily emails so it may be a while before you get approved. I do not want you losing time. If there are changes required on your mock-up, you may simply pause your Illustrator file, make the changes, then get back to work in Illustrator.
